HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE PRINT TO ORDER?

That completely depends on your space and what you’re working with!

We suggest you grab a tape measure to get an idea of what size you'll need to purchase and then select and option from our drop down menu that is closest to your dimensions.

We have provided a size guide image under the 'Print And Frame Sizing Info', within the product pages, which will hopefully help you visualise your print and how it will look in your space!

DO YOU DO CUSTOM SIZING?

Yes we do!

We already have a variety of standard sizes available, that are the most common and fit with frames that are available in most department stores worldwide. However, if you would like a custom size for a specific space, odd sized wall or just after something different, please just email us at hey@yasihq.com and we will work something out with you!

CAN YASI HELP WITH CHOOSING THE RIGHT PRINT FOR MY SPACE?

Yes, of course!

If you want any assistance in choosing which print would look best in your space, or any advice on print versus canvas, frame colour, whatever you need help with, please reach out to us at hey@yasihq.com and we’d be more than happy to have a look at any photo’s you want to shoot over to us, and offer any of our advice on what we think may work best for you!

CARE & MAINTENANCE

We recommend hanging your item out of direct sunlight and using our gallery grade hanging system already built into your framed artwork, to hang onto your wall.

PRINTING, FRAMING AND DELIVERY TIMES

At Yasi, every print and every frame is made to order, so that means that it does take a little longer than some businesses who have items on hand, ready to ship. Please be patient, as we print your piece and custom build your frame, as soon as your order is processed.

Generally, there is a 15-20 business day turnaround time from date of order until your shipment is delivered at your door.
In busy times, this may take a little longer.

However, if you wish to receive your order for a special occasion or by a certain date, please get in touch with us at hey@yasihq.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

We do not guarantee your parcel will arrive within a set time frame and the above is a guide only.

AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING

Generally there is a 15 business day turnaround time from date of order until your shipment is delivered at your door.

Delivery times within Australia will vary depending on your location.

Within Australia, we use a variety of different freight companies depending on the size and nature of the item being shipped.
For this reason we are unable to accept PO Boxes as a delivery address.

When your order has been shipped, you will be notified via email which will include your tracking information.

INTERNATIONAL / REST OF WORLD SHIPPING

Generally there is a 15-20 business day turnaround time from date of order until your shipment is delivered at your door, although certain destinations may take longer.

Yasi cannot be held financially responsible for any additional local customs and duties on your order.

We are required by law to disclose the full value of the shipment contents and cannot alter this value.

If an order is refused by destination country, by no fault of our own, Yasi holds no financial responsibility for any additional shipping expenses or costs incurred as a result.

The purchaser holds responsibility for the tracking of the shipment. Failure to collect your shipment from a designated outlet may result in your parcel being returned to Yasi, in which circumstance, it is the financial responsibility of the purchaser to re-arrange shipping for the item.

RETURNS

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on discounted or sale items.

We are unable to accept returns for change of mind for International orders.

If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us at hey@yasihq.com for assistance.

FAULTY ITEMS & DAMAGES

All items are thoroughly checked before dispatching and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged in transit please contact us at hey@yasihq.com, include your order number and we will organise a replacement for you.

Any issues with an order must be reported to us within 48hrs of receiving your parcel, with any returns to be finalised and posted back to us within 5 working days.

All prints are handled with the utmost care when being placed into the industrial tubes and packaging.
Your print is very delicate and should be handled with care. If using your own framing system, any creases or imperfections that occur, are not the responsibility of Yasi.

Where we are at fault we will cover any additional postage costs.

Any items being returned remain property of the purchaser until received by Yasi, so please ensure you package your return items appropriately.
